CFExec process...make sure that's running as a user with network

know of
DreamWeaver Ultra-Dev have a pretty good Site Map.
The only thing i dont like about it is that you cant print it unless you
first do a screen shot.

Also, if you want to remove the headers and footers (generated from the
browser), have a help message/window that tells people how to go into their
browser (in ie) file/page setup and remove the header and the footer. With
these removed the page will come out "clean".

If not, then you could put the downloadables below the web root, call them with
CFCONTENT, and only allow access to files from customer's who paid for that
Access is designed for SMALL offices where the number of read/write operations at any
one time are relatively low. The size of the database isn't so much of a concern as
opposed to the complexity of it.
