Could any one advise if this is a known problem?

I am using Visual Fox Pro8 to create my dbf tables.
I have created a connection on the server ODBC and referred to it in Coldfusion. The option for Deleted in the ODBC for VFP is not checked.
When I retrieve the records, all records are return including the deleted ones.

I am getting a problem in inserting data into a table. I have a form, which is made up of INPUT and TEXTAREA fields. When trying to insert into a memo field from a textarea through CFQUERY I get an error [Macromedia][SequeLink JDBC Driver][ODBC Socket][Microsoft][ODBC Visual FoxPro Driver]Command
No I was not, I was using ParagraphFormat. I tride the cfqueryparam but that cut the text down to a few lines. I tride useing MaxLength attribute but nothing happen. This is my script:

I am trying to create a login page. In ASP I convert every letter through a loop from the password to ASC() ,add a number then convert it back and save it in the table. I am thinking about doing the same thing in ColdFusion. Is this a good way or is there a better way to handle passwords?

I am encountering this error where other users are getting the above mention error BUT not on my system. I have notice that any page with the CFM extension result in this error even if there is no script in the page.

I am sorry that I did not explain what I ment by it showing. What is happening is that I am able to view the cfm page but they receive an error the JRUN closed connection. This would even happen for pages that have no script but has the extention cfm at the end. If the file is rename to .html,
I took you advise and look at the log files. I set it to check for 5 sec and had one of the users access the page.
The Log Directory is C:\inetpub and I went into Log Files and nothing showed up. This is all the script that is in the page coldfusion.cfm:
