JRun has closed connection

I am encountering this error where other users are getting the above mention error BUT not on my system. I have notice that any page with the CFM extension result in this error even if there is no script in the page.

My system is the same as another user and we are all looking at the same server.

We are using Windows200 with IIS5 and ColdFusionMX 6.1.

Could you advise what the problem could be?
