The only thing I have to say to this is that with all the lists we keep making for HOF aren't we asking for someone to forget to unsubscribe to one list. There are 8 lists associated with just CF. If there was a way for someone to put one email address that they would sign up with any list and

Michael, Maybe I'm in the minority, but I just don't see why people get so angry about vacation messages. I think it's an honest mistake, and when you're subscribed to a dozen lists and looking forward to leaving town I'm sure it's easy to forget to change your settings. I'm sure of one thing:

I'm going to take all messages with certain subjects and have them stored without being sent to the list. A moderator will then be able to come in and check if a message is list-worthy or garbage. This allows an auto-sweeper solution with human intervention to avoid mistakes, the best of both
