Then you can CFSCHEDULE job to run every 3-4 hours, read mail from that

I've done something similar where I need

Make sure that the email address you use to unsubscribe is the same as the
one you subscribed with. When most folks have trouble, it's when they've
changed email addresses since they subscribed last, and the system is
forwarding their old address. We had that problem here a lot when we went

Some lists that I subcribe to have in the footer:
"You are currently subscribed to listname as: [EMAIL PROTECTED]"
Perhaps something like that would help this gentleman (term used loosely)

Dear5 David...
I have exercised extreme dilligence in attempting to unsubscribe.
I am totally fed up. If a list can't be responsibly managed, it should not

Last thing. You are one person. Don't you think that if you really
launched an some automatic script to do whatever that there aren't several
hundred people on this list capable of doing the same to you? Not a smart
move.
Hmmm, how many of us could send a blitz to an ema
essage you are receiving from
cf-talk so we can tell you which email address to unsubscribe.
Or - engage M.D. in an exchange of the same data so he can delete
that address for you.
No one knows the address that is receiving cf-talk.
