No they don't support .cfm pages. What some FDA directorates did was build
..cfm based html generators, and then push the generated html up to Akamai.
You push it up, and then there's a trigger you have to pull for Akamai to
update it's cache across the network.

It may do Adobe well to offer ColdFusion to large hosting companies at
either a substantial discount or free
It would get the buzz out there and make the language more accessable.

where I need to trap form field data, if a user has entered an ID that
already exists, and give them the option of reviewing the existing and then

I'm installing ColdFusion MX 7.01 on a VMWare image. When I launch the
installer it tells me to select a new folder to extract the files. I do this
and nothing happens.
It's acting like it can't see the drives in the image
Any thoughts?

I installed CFMX 6.1 on another VM on the same box. I ran into something
called DEP that was preventing the executable from firing. Once it (windows)
allowed me to change the settings the installer fired.
So far I haven't run into the same thing with the MX 7 installer

There is a limited of 250K documents in the OEM version of Verity that comes

Has anyone seen this restriction cause any performance or stability issues?

All,
The verity search engine loaded with Cold FusionMX 6.1 limitation of 250,000
documents, our client's collections are well beyond that.
Can this cause server issues if the collections are indexed?
