I brought this up once before and people seemed to be interested, but
I didn't have my proverbial ducks in a row at the time.
My motorcycle list has a roadbook that is downloadable in PDF form
and password protected. The idea is that you keep it in the vehicle
and if you get stuck,
p.s. My dashes got converted to question marks because I copied it out
of Word. The services are supposed to be:
a - travel advice
o - help in emergency only
b - sheltered bedroll space (living rm floor, etc.)
c - camping or tent space
r - spare room
p - some parts available
d - distance in
We have something like that in our car club here in Minnesota. It is
small enough right now to fit on a business card in your wallet or glove
box (what is it really called?)

Seems like a good thing to have, especially for long trips. The one
for my motorcycle list is several pages and includes riders from all
over the world.
BTW, my MC ('81 XS650) fits in the bed of my 69 El Camino quite
nicely, although I do have to leave the tailgate down to clear the
back
