Yea...I hate having those could be any one of 100 different thing type
problemsI still don't know what I did...just tore it apart and put it
back together again..OH well..Hopefully it is solved for good..could have
been a loose clip or something else out of place...Thank you
Thanx for the suggestions...I know that the LED's draw a fraction of the power
conventional bulbs do...Maybe I do need one of those LED type flashers...I'm
hoping it is that easy to solve..If not I guess I will be checking grounds and
other connections. If it gets to involved I will just

John;
I have an electronic flasher I'm not using. I put it on my Malibu and it
made the add on center mount brake light blink whenever the turn signal was
on. (either direction). You are welcome to it for next to nothing and
shipping from Canton GA.. Denny
Actually...I found the problem...It was in the turn signal switch in the
steering column...I started checking for wiring problems...I figured I might
as well start at the switchPulled it out of the steering
column...checked it out never found anything visibly wrong with it.(it is
brand new
Glad you got it,.. reminded me - when I put my tilt column on several years
ago it came with a new turn signal switch.. I was also replacing the dash
harness, forward light harness etc.. turn signals were really erratic.
Touched/wiggled/checked everything.. finaly took old turn signal switch

Hi Guys...I just installed some LED 1157 bulbs in the tail and in the front
turn signal sockets on my 66...Now when I use the turn signals its like I have
4 way flashers...both sides are flashing...Anyone else have this
happen...??...Any ideas or should a guy just put the regular bulbs back
Try changing your flasher can to an electronic flasher can. Like the one's made
for trucks. Not sure it will correct your issue but it may.
