The problem is probably in the fact, that you have installed
Cinelerra 2.0 before from kiberpipa repository, but you haven't remove
it before moving to 2.1.

This patch fixes avi exporting. The position of the junk header that has to be
written "after the fact" was miscalculated due to not storing atom.size in atom
footer writer function.
