I went down this road a few months ago. A CHOC3 card does not seem to
be available for the 7206 VXR. We wound up putting an Adtran OPTI-3 in

Be careful with what you mean by speed in this instance. Interleaving
typically increases latency, rather than reducing bandwidth.
