Norm, I want to say that its in CCX admin under tools/historical
reporting/SMTP configuration. I believe that is where CUIC gets it settings
from. I remember it being tricky when I set it up.

Hello Group
I am planning the upgrade of our UC cluster (CUCM 1xPub 7xSub / CUPS 1xPub
1xSub) from 9.1 to 10.5.
Has anyone done this before and can share some thoughts about it?
What I am mainly interested in is the upgrade procedure, when to switch
(Pub and Subs) over and time used.

Anyone used the Cisco New Media Drivers on Attendant Console?
Am installing CUACA 10.5 on Windows 2008 r2 64-bit and the CTI devices are not
registering.
On 32-bit I normally use Wave drivers with no registration issues.
Anything I need to check on my configurations?

Hello,
Starting with your last statement, are you saying you cannot use a
SPAN-less recording product that requires the audio stream to go to the
recording server while being recorded?
ZOOM CallRec can provide the security you need. However, to keep the audio
from having to go to that subnet,

Derek,
Derek,
A product like Calabrio Search and Play can plug in on top of MediaSense to
provide this functionality. There are others as well, including NICE, or Mida
solutions. This means you wouldn’t have to reconfigure your recording
architecture or purchase a new recording product. You would

Hello, Hiroshi:
Please take a look at the following bug information:

You cannot upgrade from 8.5.x to 10.5.x directly, you would need to do a jump

Make sure the CDC that your Ports are using has only IPv4 enabled. That’s
killed me a few times.

We are running CUCM 10.5 and have MediaSense to record calls in one call
centre. We would like to record more groups but have a small problem.
Anyone that can view/hear the recordings, can see all of them. There is no
way to isolate one group from another.
Rather than purchase separate MediaSense
Thanks Henry,
