Because TVS is not an activated service, it’s automatically added to the ITL
during installation, forcing a phone reset. There is not currently a way
around this – other than potentially enabling the rollback parameter prior to
node installation (which in itself causes a

Do you have any SDL Links going out of services? Are you clustering over a WAN?
Temp Fail could be the result of two devices registered to different nodes on
an active call when the SDL Link (tcp 8002) between those nodes goes down.

Yes, the CUCM software bundled with the BE6k is the same software as in
standalone CUCM. The deployment type is CUCM in both cases.
