I have this same issue currently with my 10.5.2 cluster su1. LDAP
integrated users have the LDAP status greyed out as well as extension,
etc. I have a TAC open as I'm sure it's a bug, but I had luck in the short
term by using BAT to fix it. Exported users in CSV, modified, then updated.

Anyone know if there's a way to populate Finesse's Phone Book with CUCM or
