Have a customer that would like to not even have any agents. They're a retail store, so they'd like to: 1. Have a call come in and play a menu 2. Depending on the option they choose, be routed to a department 3. When routed, they'd like the call to be queued/parked and have it announce over their

I have this same issue currently with my 10.5.2 cluster su1. LDAP integrated users have the LDAP status greyed out as well as extension, etc. I have a TAC open as I'm sure it's a bug, but I had luck in the short term by using BAT to fix it. Exported users in CSV, modified, then updated. On Fri,
