Does anyone have CAD and Finesse running at the same time? Can you? We
have seen documentation that you can only run one or the other. But I seem
to remember that someone said in 10.6 you can run both.

Has anyone seen Error 23 on a extension Mobility login in CM 10.5.2? We
are AD LDAP integrated.
I can't figure out what the issue is. I've reset the phone. removed Extmob
and re-enabled it.
Any help would be appreciated.

update. in case anyone else runs into the error 23 with Extension
Mobility on CM 10.5. under the user profile, you have to select the
Home Cluster Check box.

We have had telrex callrex now enghouse QMS for about 2+ years. System
works with forked audio. Does the job. I don't care for the fact that you
have to have two different servers so you can run SCCP phones and one to

What if a phone loses connectivity to CM while in the middle of a firmware
update?
I need to load new firmware for my 8861's but I have had some connectivity
issues over wireless and don't want to brick the phone.

What hardware is everyone using to upgrade there UC enviroment to?
We have UCS Blades with netapp storage, but have had some limitations on IO
(prior to the upgraded controllers) that I'm a little concerned about.

We have a couple for testing purposes. we have used them with the
plantronic's headsets and they worked. The biggest bugger for us is that
we use call indicator lights, and with blue tooth you lose that.

I know that the UCS mini is VERY New but has anyone put any cycles into

This will be your Call detail reporting. you should be able to enter the
extension and dates and put up the reports. it should give you duration
