Is there a way to not show the number translations on the 7940/7960 series? For instance, a 4 digit extension that translates to 95551212. Can we just not show that we are grabbing an outbound line and dialing direct? trivial, but for one customer, it drives him batty... Dave

I have a user, ext 1511. I forwarded all his calls to an outbound line and it works great. Now he has left, I want to repurpose the phone, but still have ext 1511 forward. Can I setup a forward with an extension that doesn't have a phone? Dave ___

Cisco UCM 8.0 with 2801 in MGCP mode. Telco is sending Name and Number to us. Phones only ever display Number. In UCM, selected phones have both Caller Name and Caller Number ticked. Anything else could be preventing us from getting Names? ___
