We did something similar as well with SIP trunk from Mitel controller to CUCM.
I remember there needing to be a trunk to each node on the Mitel side if a call
would traverse multiple controllers in the Mitel cluster. And sip paths were

Usually when you hear the “sorry” then audio uploaded means it was uploaded to
the recorded name and not actual greeting for the call handler. Make sure you
have uploaded your audio file to the standard or closed greeting as needed for
each call handler.

We just deployed the 8832 model for our company and it seems to work fine but
be careful on the POE adapter because the device can come with out one then you
can’t use it which sucked. The vendor just ordered 8832 phone and forgot to
include any POE adapter.
