I don't know if you entered the dates in this format or not, but the dates for billing need to be entered in ISO format (http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mgk25/iso-time.html) - this is the way mysql stores dates and some countries enter dates in different formats, so this makes sure everyone enter them in
