Pretty industrial around Norfolk/Hampton/Newport News.
If you do find a boat to charter out of Deltaville, that section of the Bay
offers some nice creeks, towns and anchorages on the Western Shore side that

If you do need to venture near Annapolis The Catamaran Company has a base
on South River. About 10 nm from Annapolis proper.
I don't know what's available in Deltaville or Hampton/Norfolk. You might

I am toying with the idea of chartering a 40+ foot mono or cat around memorial
Day and the following week in the Southern Bay- the further south the better
for traveling from NC or GA.
Need room for ~ 4 adults and 4 kids (10-14) but we would not stay on board all
week.
