Guys and Gals,This is premature, but testing the water.I have a Main, #s 1, 2,
& 3 headsails for a 1981 CnC 36 in UK Tape Drive for sale. #s 1 & 3 are in
nearly new condition. Main in good to excellent condition. #2 was roller
furled and used a lot, needs new sun protection and some repair.
Always pleasantly surprised at the speed of the C This past Sunday with 10
to 15kn wind I was sailing from Shelter Island with a friend in a 92 Morris
Justine. On the a 13 mile run between Orient Point and Westbrook CT on a beam
to close reach the C Landfall consistently outpaced the Morris.
My local rigger is taking no chances re-rigging my 95 C 36XL. He sent it all
to Rigging Only(?) in Rhode Is and will reinstall with new which has been
matched exactly.
Some parts of older rigging are often not available and must be replaced with
similar or manufactured ($$$) to match.

You really need to disassemble the rigging and measure the fittings to ensure
you get the correct size T-Ball fittings and that they fit into the backing
plates. On most boats I re-rig I don’t order parts until I have disassembled
the rigging and know exactly what I need. If you are going

Thanks all for the feedback on this - the owner is pretty frustrated and the
days are getting shorter.
Thanks Tom - he did replace the injectors last season (no change to the
symptoms) but I agree it’s worth verifying their operation before pulling the
injector pump regardless.

If it runs freely and rpms increase normally w/o trans engaged, I would look at
the trans, packing gland too tight/shaft not aligned/cutless
bearing/etc.——-something that is ‘aft’ of the engine.

When I acquired our Landfall 35, the previous owner had a bimini built that
extended to the back of the cockpit but had the backstay running through an
opening in the middle of the bimini, with 2 of the support struts forward of
the back stay and one
I used ShipShape for a cover, very impressed with his quality. Nice fellow, Jim
came out and measured the boat himself.

rigid ( no distorsion ) and there is a sunbrella panel that can be unrolled to
