[cobirds] SCISSOR-TAILED FLYCATCHER - Washington County refound

After two attempts (one in the late morning and one in the early evening) seven of us FINALLY were able to relocate the Scissor-tailed Flycatcher near the community of Last Chance, Colorado. The bird was seen west of Last Chance along Hwy 36 between Washington County Roads B and B.5 at 6pm tonight

Lots of visitors enjoyed the influx of Yellow Warblers with us on this Sunday before Memorial Day. They are still arriving, and they are starting to dash around - boys chasing other boys off their territories, boys chasing girls..Little balls of gold, flying through the air. And insects..presumab

Around noon today I observed what I believe was a Red-eyed Vireo at Watson Lake, on the southeast side of the lake, between the road and the river, just south of the boardwalk going down to the riverside path. Scott Cobble was with we. We both saw a vireo from below that was all white underneath
