Judy Scheig found a Chukar in a yard at 3620 11th Avenue, Congress Park, Denver at about 10:30 A.M. January 27. The bird was still there at 11:45. Photos. There doesn't appear to be a band, but the bird did allow some approach to about twenty feet. It didn't fly. Kent NelsonOuray -- You

Birders, I know this is off-topic, but I didn't know what other resource to use. I have just returned from birding in Bhutan and converted the tour guide to being a birder. I gave him a bird book, and said I'd send him binoculars. Does anyone have a decent extra pair to donate to this cause? Or
