The GCSP was at Tunnel Drive. The WTSP and HASP were along the river walk

and into a conifer outside the building at about 8:20.
Hopefully, the little guy does well and stays outside. I'm guessing that
the smoke and to some extent, the drought, has driven the owl down from the
hills and I hope it's health is OK.

Today at Barr Lake we had a Merlin & 2 Common Ravens. I believe the Merlin
was a Prairie ssp. We had 1 VERY small goose fly over but the visibility
was poor due to the snow and I couldn't get any field marks except size.

Yesterday while doing our raptor routes in Boulder CO, Tammy and I had 2
Mute Swans on the pond just north of Lagerman Res. and west of the entrance
to Lagerman. Does anyone know anything about these birds? We've never seen
them at this location before.

Shrike. It should be NSHR.
So just to clarify, I do NOT have a Northern Shoveler in my front yard. At

I'm guessing all the changes you describe have affected their food supply
along with the disturbances. Wild ducks don't seem to tolerate
disturbances well.

Two ladies also reported having seen the Nashville this morning.
The Mag was last seen moving West into a large cottonwood at the West end
