Hi Folks,
I would like to rotate my logs on a weekly basis. Is this possible?
I've read the instructions on rotating logs in logkit.xconf so I can see
rotation is possible on a daily or sub-daily basis.
Thanks for any replies.
Peter.
Hi Folks,
Does anybody know enough about the Cocoon's use of the
ExcaliburComponentManager to help me please?
I'm getting lots of warnings in my core.log Looking up component on an
uninitialized ComponentLocator and Attempted to release a null
component. I'm guessing that they are related to
Hi folks,
Are there any London based Cocoon users on this list who want to meet other
Cocoon users - perhaps for a pub meeting?
We could perhaps piggy back on the recently started London Content
Management pub meeting.
(That is London, United Kingdom, not London, Canada)

Hi Folks,
Confirmation from an HTMLSerializer expert required please.
Further to this problem - I've now tried configuring the HTMLSerializer.
The sitemap documentation in combination with the actual sitemap suggests that
the following contains all options for configuring the HTMLSerializer -
Hi folks,
I've just tried the latest CVS of version 2.0.2-dev and I find on the Welcome
Page under System Tools And Pages that the Status Page is displayed with no data
in it.
Does any body else get this? Is it a bug? Is there a fix?

I'm like a blind man tuning a television!
I understand from the documentation that I can tune the setting in cocoon.xconf
to control the cache, so that the most recently used objects are in memory and
less recently used objects are on disk. But a few points are unclear to me -

Hi Folks,
I've read so much documentation and so many listings - and I'm confused! Could
someone help clarify please?
Can I apply these setting to all components (in cocoon.xconf and sitemap.xmap)
or should they only be applied to some components - if so which ones.
Is this the correct way
Hi folks,
Please could someone help to clarify?
Is this how I remove stylesheet caching?

logger=core.xslt-processor
parameter name=use-store value=false/
parameter name=incremental-processing
then ask the jvm about
freememory so often?
Full details and evidence posted under dev list.

Hi Folks,
My solution uses browser frames. It seems to be OK with Netscape
Explorer 4.0 but I have a cache problem with MS IE 5.0. I'm not sure if
it is an MS bug or something to do with Cocoon. Any advice would be very
welcome.

Hi Folks,
I'm having problems using the xslt document() function. It used to work
fine but seems to have gone faulty. Is this a bug or is it me? Anybody

I'm running: NT4.0, Java 1.2.2,
I'm using Windows NT4.0, Jdk1.3.1, Tomcat3.2.1, and C2.0b2.
Most of the Examples seem to work fine including the various database
examples under Sample Forms. However, if I stop tomcat and restart, the
database examples no longer work!

Could someone please tell me how often C2 is updated, how I can find out
