A couple of other options, depending on what you need (JEuclid will probably do what you need). I haven't had to do this on a big project, but I had MathML I needed in laTeX (created images I needed from that). There's a nice converter at from MathML to TeX at https://webwork2.math.ohio-state.

Interestingly, outside the US it's somewhat more possible to claim copyright on "factual data" than inside the US, Europe for instance has types of IP and copyright protection for databases that the US does not. But basically, the answer is that nobody knows for sure, not even the lawyers. J
