Is there any easy way to run X applications under QtMoko? I'm not mush
of a Qt person, and QtMoko does not appear to have X set up by default.

I have had experience with a lot of WiFi chips that is that they stop
working after a couple of years. Check that the device is found on your
machine. I use lsusb

While I can set the time, I can't figure how to set the time zone on the
FR under SHR-U. The tzselect utility does not work for me for some

2.6.28 build has moved to :

discovered that the settings for sample_rate and full_scale are limited

I use EPM to build both deb and opk/ipk from the same configuration
file. As far as I can tell, the formats, at least for relatively simple
packages, are identical. EPM also builds RPMs, tarballs and other stuff
from a single config file. Check out Easy Package Manager and live
happily ever
sources using the ARM tool chain.

Sorry to disagree. There was lots of info about how the FR was not ready
for prime time available when I bought mine. I think it is pretty clear
that this machine is a hackers box that makes phone calls, and that is
what I bought. I use the thing for phone calls and it works just fine.
