I ordered my FR full-body shield quite some time ago, and got a
shipping confirmation on July 8th. I received it last friday, August
22nd. So, it took them a bit more than the stated time to send me the
shield, but I received it in the end.

Patience pays off!

FWIW, if you are calling from outside the US, you can use skype to
call their toll-free number even without a skypeout account.

I ordered mine on July 5th (and got the shipping confirmation on
July 10th) and so far got nothing.  I just called them and they were
very nice and said they would resend on monday.  However I think I
had to wait about 20 minutes until I got to speak to the customer
service. (But at least the music was not repetitive :))

I dunno.  I started regretting not ordering the full body protector
the other day.  Right after my Freerunner slipped out of my hand as I
got out of my car.  Hit some nice hard concrete.  Now it has several
scuffs/divots along the sides.  :-(

The good news is, the Freerunner is the first phone I've had that I
might be able to order a replacement case some day.

I got my order Confirmation on 5th Aug and the Shipping Confirmation on
7th Aug. It arrived today on 12t Aug here in germany, so very fast.

On July 8th, I've received confirmation that 2 shipments were on their
way. The first I got in about a week, the second hasn't arrived yet.
The first contained 3 shields, the second contained the FR shield.
Since you mentioned that it arrived yesterday, I'm getting my hopes up
to get it one of these days...

It looks like it is the original shipment from 7/7/8 and it arrived  
on 11/8/8 (European date ordering).

This is on the "7-11 business-day shipping", so only 20 or so  
overdue. I'm sure the delay was "not Zagg's fault", but they'd be  
doing themselves a favour if they gave more conservative estimates on  
their website.

I got mine yesterday, about a month after I ordered, so yes, very slow.

I orderd the full body protector, but now that I have it, I don't think it
is worth having. All I received was a screen protector, and a series of
cut out section, which are meant to be molded around the case. It would
probably work well for something with a flat face like an iPod, but I
don't think it would work for the freerunner.

I would suggest that anyone else buys just the screen protector.

I got my order confirmation 27.7, shipping confirmation 28.7 and 
received it yesterday. I chose the slowest cheapes delivery, so I think 
it was in time. Delivery to France. Got one for my Nokia N810 too at the 
same time :)

If you reread my post you'll see that both myself & the person I was  
responding to found ZAGG quite helpful in agreeing to replace the  
lost InvibleShield - it's just that THE REPLACEMENT HASN'T ARRIVED,  
EITHER.

To be fair to them, the replacement was shipped out only 7 days ago  
now on 7-11 business-day shipping. I thought it was shipped earlier  
than that, and got the impression from the poster I quoted that his  
replacement was also overdue.

As I said, I'm still giving ZAGG a few more days, but they do seem to  
suffer from an unusually high proportion of lost parcels.

I had a 'not-so-good' experience w/ ZAGG too. I ordered the full body 
cover for my Neo. What I originally received was NOT the right kit 
(didn't even look like the phone). It took me 3 emails and a voice mail 
to finally reach someone.

However, once I got in touch with them and explained that I didn't get 
the right item, they shipped out the correct one within a few days. They 
have asked me to ship back the wrong one, but that's not a big deal.

I'd say, support whomever is making items for our awesome phones. They 
seem to be a small company and probably deserve some patience, if not 
persistence.

i got my protectors today, ordered on the 21st july, and delivered to
new zealand.

the credit card charge appeared within a few minutes of me ordering

i went for the free postage option; i'm very impressed how quickly it
got here, that's 16 days, and they said 'up to 3 weeks' iirc

i think they've had a lot of orders from freerunner owners in the last
few weeks, so i'm not at all surprised by any delays

I ordered 3 of the screen protectors a few days after the OpenMoko web shop
opened.  I chose the free shipping option.  I received the package in about 2
weeks (USA).  I had it shipped to a business address.  By the way, I think this
product is really great and worth the money.  It's clearly saved my screen
multiple times already (I was moving over the weekend with it in my pocket). 
It's much more durable than other screen protectors I've used.  Just my $0.02.

I'm french. I received the shipping confirmation on 29/07 and the
shield on 01/08. I ordered about a week before the shipping
confirmation arrived.

But I payed for shipping, since I also ordered another shield for an
older device.

The screen shield looks good on the Moko, though as stated before it's
a bit less slippy than the real screen.

(two days after my order).

I ordered the full body protection and paid for the "fast" shipping
(2-4 days for Europe).

As I mailed them a week after my order, they told me they would reship
it, and I'm waiting for that since then... I think the mistake in "2-4
days" is that they mispelled "weeks"...

I had no problems ordering;  I ordered a full protector the day after 
Freerunners first went on sale in America, and I got a shipping notice 
shortly after, and the the protector arrived in my mailbox about 10 days 
later.

I remember reading on this mailing list about others who had gotten 
theirs too, so I'd call them, sounds like someone dropped the ball.

I've ordered one too, I haven't received it.

I complained and they suppposedly sent me another one, which I haven't
received either (the 2nd one was reshipped on Jully 25th).

They told me (by email) they were sending them via UPS with no tracking,
so there's nothing we can do to check the status :\

I really think now that I'll never get it...  :-(
