This method does not work for a long time. When I got my Mac II (my
first Mac with an 800k drive), I tried this method, and no less than 10
minutes later, the disk didn't work.
Do not use this method for backups or for any important data you may

to mac plus is an RJ10 which is slightly thinner than the RJ11 connector,
