Many PCs come loaded with crapware and removing that can clear up lots of
clutter and disk space, but the programs you list are not of that kind.
What you list are mostly support utilities that usually work invisibly and
don't take up much disk space. They assist other programs, typically web
browsers, in delivering media. Pulling them could break something that you
 do use.

PC Decapifier works well for clearing the inital crap out of a new machine.

Do you have QuickTime (for Windows) installed on your computer?
Some video is encoded for it, and, apparently for IP reasons, other
video players won't play it. Your Apple Software Update likely
keeps it current.

Along with any other Apple products you might have installed.

I have NEVER found update programs to benefit me. They are an easy kill.
If you don't use AVS, kill it, as well. Kill Viewpoint with alacrity.
Remove all Java. Then download and install newest version.

You can remove Apple Software Update, but you probably want to keep it
IF you use Safari web browser or iTunes. It is Apple's method for
accessing updates to these two programs in Windows.

Thank you,

So considering the small benefit and potentially high cost of messing
