not noticed this problem. Maybe if you describe more the problem you have: does
distribution works fine if built without faas? are other ODL features present

detached branch locally. And build karaf distribution. After I started the
karaf, I cannot find old-restconf feature under
Karaf console, is this a problem or I am missing something.
