Hi,
Mmm, AT_PLATFORM is missing for the p4. How is it guessed/read ? mmx

AT_PLATFORM is passed through the auxv_t table given to the target
program from the kernel. Has this started to happen with glibc 2.3.1 or
can you verify this on older setup?

Hi,
So /lib/i686 is missing in the patch chosen for P4.
After a symlink of i686 to mmx on the p4 box, it looks ok:

Hi al...
I have two systems running cooker, a dual PII and a dual P4, and the P4

users in the list...).

I am working on what I hope will be a drakwizard to configure OpenLDAP and
import user accounts etc, but:
1)my perl ain't so good
2)there doesn't seem to be much doco on drakwizard
So I have a quick question (and probably more to follow):
I have a script:

Ugh,
I'm switching from my Logitech 3 button "dying mouse" to my new logitech
optical wheel mouse.
It goes like this:
- If I boot up with my 3 button mouse and then unplug it, and plug in my
optical mouse, things are sort of happy.
- If I boot up with the optical mouse, gpm doesn't like

Due to some request (see Mandrakeforum article) and the fact that I want
to learn a bit of perl, I am looking at making a wizard for setting up
OpenLDAP.
At present, I am just aiming at the basics:

Hi, is there a way to get in a script the value of some rpm macros like
_sourcedir or _specdir ?
I found how to get their values (using --showrc) but not expanded
(%{_topdir}/SPECS). I can then look for % and make the expansion by hand
but I
may introduce bugs...
Yeah, same here - not that it matters because I don't think it would run with
the glibc that's in cooker now anyway, as nothing does, just seg's. . For the
record you'll get the same with hd install.

I have exactly the same problem!
Thx,

Flame me if you want but the following is my humble opinion on these bugs.
End users don't know the difference between a KDE bug and a Mandrake bug. The
user interface
confirmed!! same to me haven't yet given up and revert back to 9.0 though.
tries rescue and get errors of incompatibility of ld.so.6 with util-linux
programs so cant use " ls " or more or even vi or vim. does any one have a
suggestion or need any more testing done?
