I had a cookie a few weeks ago, but I am not sure what it was and I
wonder if anyone may know what it is.
It was an oatmeal cookie, but it had a spice in it that tasted like
either pumpkin pie spice or nutmeg, though I cannot say for sure.
Furthermore, the cookie seemed to have a filling
OATMEAL CREAM FILLED COOKIES
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Crisco
3/4 c. white sugar
3/4 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. oatmeal
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream butter and Crisco. Add sugars and cream well. Add eggs. Blend in dry
ingredients. Add vanilla.
Pumpkin Gobs
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 cups solid pack pumpkin puree
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
1 egg
1-2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3/4 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups white
My daughter loves the Pumpkin scones from Star Bucks.
Anyone know how to duplicate them?
