Hi. There is no way you could have a shortbread recipe that is unbaked
because the three required ingredients for shortbread are butter, sugar and
flour. Methinks the taste of that unbaked flour would cause the cooky to
become short dough instead of short bread (smile).

I just made cookies that I had to form into balls and drop onto
cookie sheets. It occurred to me that if I sprayed my hands with
