I believe Favor is like Instant cart.
As far as I know they don't have a number you can call.
When they are shopping for your order they will send text messages asking about
size of product or other issues. Since they give the phone number of the runner
I usually talk to them directly.

I just got brave and tried Insta Cart yesterday. I can get my local grocery
store, CVS, Petco and Fresh Market on it at my location.
I had so much fun shopping at Fresh Market yesterday.
Oh boy, this is going to be dangerous!
I also use Pea Pod and as I live in Connecticut it is Stop & Shop
Different sloppy joes
Prep: 10 min - Total: 25 min
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup A.1. Original Steak Sauce
1/4 cup water
1 tsp. chili powder
4 hamburger buns or Kaiser rolls or English muffins, split, toasted
Cook and stir meat and onions in large skillet
BISQUICK APPLE COFFEE CAKE
2 cups of Bisquick mix
2/3 cup of milk ( you can use water)
2 Tbsp sugar
1 egg
1 tart green apple, cored, peeled, sliced
Topping:
1/3 cup Bisquick mix
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 Tbsp butter
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease
