I am reading the O Magazine. One person uses cornstarch in her scrambled
eggs to make it custard like. Have you tried this?

Scrambled Eggs Recipe for the Rice Cooker
An easy scrambled eggs recipe for the rice cooker for breakfast or anytime
you feel like
having scrambled eggs.
1-2 eggs, per person
1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon olive oil, to taste
1 tablespoon bacon bits, per person (optional)
1 tablespoon
Scrambled Eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet red pepper
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup butter
8 eggs
2 tablespoons milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pinch of white pepper
Saute red pepper and green onions in butter over medium heat until
vegetables are soft but not brown. Beat eggs with milk,
Dale had a segment on his show last night about cooking scrambled eggs. When I
do mine, I use about a tablespoon of cold water instead of milk. Then I either
put sharp cheddar cheese or cream cheese in them and a pinch of kosher salt
before I cook the eggs. Delicious every time.

Put some butter in the bottom of a fry pan or cook spray. Put just
enough to have a film, not a lake of grease. Break the eggs into
something a cup or a dish or even right into the pan. If you are a more
refined person than I, you might wish to add a sip of milk to the eggs
