Quinoa is like rice.
It takes about 20 minutes to cook.
I usually give it a rinse then use it like I would rice.
You might enjoy some of the quinoa and brown rice mixes available. They
come in boxes at our grocery store. They come in a variety of flavours
and they take the same amount of time

called for regular rice which I prefer to Minute Rice, but I didn't have any so
