I have a sugar ligand with a Sia linked alpha 23 to Gal. Refinement with
Refmac of phenix works and the link is recognized from the monomer
dictionary. After opening in Coot all intersugarbonds/links are shown
properly. Realspace refinement works for the other bonds, but the Sia Gal
bond gets b

If I FLEV a ligand to get a 2D map of the interactions, I get marvellous
pictures for a small molecule ligand. However if I want to do that for a
short peptide or glycan, it seems I am limited to only one residue at a
time. Is there a way to select more than one residue and get a 2D
repr
If one does not stick to Coot, an option is pymol. There is a stereo mode for
anaglyph pictures
