Hi,
Please, help a newbie !
I'm having trouble to get courier-imap working over ldap : here is a listing of what
happens (cedric.mallet is my test user, I bind as administrator) :
Feb 21 11:10:37 svmdk82-01 imapd: Connection, ip=[:::127.0.0.1]
Feb 21 11:10:37 svmdk82-01 authdaemond.ldap:
Well, I checked.
smtpacess file is ok.
Well, my MX record isn't pointing to my mail server yet. Could this possibly
causing this problem?
Tks,

And how can I go about fixing

Unfortunately username may not be available when this message appears. I'm
using workaround patches - they put username to the logfile

MYSQL_CLEAR_PWFIELDclear
Thats better for a start, and also allows CRAM-MD5/SHA.
For crypted passwords with mySQL use ENCRYPT('abc') instead
of just 'abc',

Hi!
I'm trying IMAP_EMTPYTRASH. I put in environment variable:

Hi Sam, how about putting an option that enables vpopmail
open_smtp_relay without modifying preauthvchkpw.c file?
Again, I modified that file so that now courier-imap compiles with
-DHAVE_OPEN_RELAY_SMTP option, but when I connect to my imap server it
creates a void open-smtp file.
