I can now log in to webadmin, had to change permissions on webadmin in cgi-bin to:
-r-sr-xr-x 1 courier courier 3720 May 5 21:04 webadmin
which accomplished by:
chmod 4555 webadmin
But, now I get '500' errors when trying to access any of the links. Here's what

hmmm, yes this is one of my settings while compiling courier... works
fine but with netscape, i dont think this is a netscape bug, because i
use netscape with some other imap-mailservers... everything is fine
here...
