thereby setting up a slippery slope of liability for yourself, and placing
yourself in a legal position that you never should've had to deal with or
be in, in the first place.
The road to hell is paved with good intentions.

Look at other coworking space websites to see what they're doing

I would recommend EntrepreneurNow.com, it's a great online program. They've
got a free 7 day trial right now. I know they have thousands of people
signing up for their online courses.

We keep it open and flexible.
People's plans change all the time, a car breaks down, the kids get sick,
etc etc.
Too much stuff happens to require people to adhere to a rigid system, at
least that's the way we see it at our space.

What is a ''small'' coworking space? Here in the SF Bay Area, big is 30K sq
ft, so at 4K sq ft, we feel ''small'' relatively speaking.

This is simply what we do, not gospel by any means.

not carry all the way through the Engenius access points, it will drop,

These are just a few of the things that you may *or may not *want to ask

a larger venue nearby for that, and everyone pays the same ticket price
regardless of whether you're a coworking member or not (it's too big and
too expensive to give away free tickets to members, at least for that
event).

We've been on Nexudus for almost 2 years since we opened, and we're looking
at some other options right now, mainly Satellite Deskworks, Optix and
Cobot.
We're pretty dead set on leaving Nexudus. There are at least several
companies out there that won't charge you for setup so, that's not that
.
I realize you've got 3K sq ft to work with, but if you do have enough
space, I wanted to suggest keeping private offices in mind. You can't
''overbook'' them like you can with hot desks, but each office can provide
significantly more revenue than even 2 or 3 part time memberships.
