Another North Bay space that had to close: bzhive in San Rafael. I think coworking in the north bay/suburbs could work, but I'm pretty sure the typical membership model would need to be tweaked. My gut tells me that you'd rely much more on drop-in members than 5-days-a-week desk renters.
