Hi Nick,
I've just been reading this thread. How is your plan for a coworking space
going?
I'm looking to opening a space in Belfast, N.I. We also have regus here,
they seem to be expensive and inflexible in their terms in comparison to
what I hope to provide.
I'd be interested to know
Thanks very much, I will definitely try to get in touch very shortly with
Tom. He isn't very far from me at all, so would be nice to speak with him!

Wait. Hold the phone. They let somebody who is actually from Atlanta
escape? Pretty sure that's not allowed, I think you need to check into
City Hall right away.
:-)
Where are you looking to open your coworking space?

I'm sure we would be friends. But the two companies would be operating

I'd recommend that a few of your members or potential members go to lunch
with a few of the employees of the agency. See if the chemistry is good and
go from there.

The company was already going to sign a lease so they figured they would
add an extra thousand or two on. It worked out. That's because

Yes, at first this seemed like an awesome idea as some of your members
might need a web design, and the agency might collaborate with some of your
creative coworkers.
My example would be a British council business center that opened within

Hyderabad, India and would love to help you setup a space in Kathmandu!

Hello! I'm currently creating a first coworking space in Tbilisi, Georgia.
It's small, it's new, but a customer here today is on his way to Nepal
(where he will be in November). He needs a good Internet connection and a
great community. I have no doubts about the latter, but what about the
Hi Alicia, most of our clients are Nepalese. There are companies based our
of Australia and the US using our space but most of their workers are also
Nepalese.
Please do visit when you are in Nepal. It is a beautiful country that you
should definitely visit.

It's so exciting to hear that coworking is in Nepal, where I'd love to
visit. Are most of the coworkers in your spaces Nepalese, or do you have a
lot of foreigners, too?
Not a space owner, but good luck with everything!
