I've been trying to start a build for Scout 3.9 for the RC3 release today.
Unfortunately, Hudson seems to be very slow and to stuck at the build [1].
Does anyone have the same problem?

If your console log is very large, rendering it can actually slow the
master down considerably.
Also, there are currently 12 threads trying to fetch:

Here we are, nearly at the end of RC3 (remember, staging repo builds close
at 5 PM Eastern, unless someone notifies us here they need an extra hour
or two).
I am a little disappointed there is still so much work for some projects
to do to meet minimum requirements to be released,
I believe that you've also "bundlized" it, correct?
Third party libraries still need an about.html file, and--in the
case of non-EPL'd libraries--a license file.

Thanks, David. It's funny how that document has become so much bigger

I've made zero changes to the original feature. It's just signed and

I've broken David's "missing abouts" file into project
responsibilities. In some cases, a Kepler project is consuming a
non-Kepler project's code. Please connect with the source project's

David, can you please plan to re-run the script on Friday?
Yes, it is ran each time staging is updated ... and while staging will
be closed tonight and Thursday (to get RC3 EPP done) on Friday I will turn
the job back on, and promote new builds to staging whenever there is

Greetings folks.
I've built a little Bugzilla query that lists the projects that are
missing something that I require for the review.
Thanks for posting the list of broken bundles. We have fixed the missing
about.html for Mylyn but we missed the cut off for RC3. If the aggregator
runs again for any reason it'll pick up the fixed bundle otherwise we'll
contribute the fix for RC4.

As always, test well to make sure what you think should be there is there.
Assuming no blocking problems are reported, this will be moved to

I've updated the Kepler meta-data...too late for RC3 but fixed for RC4
obviously.

Hi Wayne
I don't think MDT/OCL should be on the list, so I
reviewed the Bug 406441 dependencies. It appears that the only projects
that satisfy you are ones where you have added the PMC approval
yourself.
All other projects have a problem at the PMC stage. So it
seems that either you or the
