correction: We don't. Instead, we accidentally contribute
4.5.2.v20170210-0925 from [2], which takes Orbit's Oxygen.3 contribution
as input. Normally, that would have been a bug, but in this case

downgrade after Photon was shipped

since RC3 we have two versions of HttpClient 4.5.2 in the Simrel repository.
I'm not sure yet if this is the cause of my bug
