even before upgrade i had that server variance, not sure how to fix it
keeping in view my os and hardware

Are the killer replays generated client side or server side? Perhaps
variance is spiking when users die?

If you have it enabled I would imagine server side via GOTV considering a
requirement of the killer replay is that you have GOTV Enabled in order for
the feature to run.

Hm.. I checked all my server. It has spec_replay_enable 1 as default. Could
that cause it maybe?

Apparently it works only if first you try to connect to the gameserver, and
then connect to the gotv port

apparently since yesterday update people cannot connect to our TVs anymore
(linux).
No matter if the TVs are password protected or not, they always try to join
a 0xfff lobby then fail.
Is this happening to anyone else?
