Can you please described the process? How did you export? How did you
send the image to the printer? Which printer? Which driver?

I also think that we should try again this year. We need to try to be
focused on key features that would help us to advance. Some of my
ideas are:
1. Better separation between core and UI (probably not good for GSoC,
as it is more a dirty task of going through all the code)
2. Improve the s

mentor a student to help me with lua stuff...
it might be nice to alos have some generic work done on separating the
UI from the core... in particular lot of error cases simply call
dt_log and don't report a proper error to the co
