It's normal. "The crop has gone" - you have cancelled it by changing the
orientation - just select the crop and rotate module, then change the
orientation, then select the crop area.

Well that's telling you the opposite - your package manager is determining
to install lensfun along with darktable - a sensible decision.

It's compulsory that this is on for RAWs (and off for JPEG, TIFF etc.).

No there isn't. Ctrl-Z is something else.
Your simplest approach at this point is to press the button for red again,
turning it off for all selected photos.

I can supply one scenario.
In darkroom, using the film-strip to select the photo to be edited.
If I press a Function key to set the colour label, or a numeric to set the
star rating, the setting is made on the photo which has the mouse pointer
over it in the film strip. Not the selected photo
It has for a long time.

My version of GIMP: 2.9.4 (from About).
rpm -q -f /usr/bin/gimp says not owned by any package.
I think I got it from:

(at least, that's in yum.repos.d).

Oh, the tone curve doesn't have it.
I see the manual suggests using the exposure module in conjunction with
exposure fusion. I'll try that for now.
Jo, any chance of the blending/difference mode addition making it into a
2.2.x series release?
On Sat, 7 Jan 2017 at 19:51 Colin Adams <colinpau
Today I used exposure fusion for the first time. I was very pleased with
the result, but I failed to notice a colour shift in the highlights (I
noticed the colour shift in the very dark background, as that was exactly
what I was doing it for).
What's the easiest way to pick up colour shifts when
[colin@colin ~]$ darktable -d lua

Silly me. I just needed to git pull in lua scripts.
Now edit in gimp works again.

I just looked. The Edit with GIMP option in export has disappeared. I've
made no change, so this seems to be a consequence of the update from 2.07

The first difficulty i'm have is that the RGB values given by the colour

Is it possible to determine why darktable thinks it is not a valid profile?

So I tried this (I have a Nikon D810).
When selecting any of the generated icc profiles except the last one, I get

So I selected the last one, and set unbreak input profile to 0.0 as you

That looks very interesting.
But I have a question. The image showed much less noise. But can you also
use profiled denoise with this approach, or is there an inherent conflict?
