Hi Sam, That would be a very welcome addition to DT :). I asked for this many times because some of my clients demand specific fields. Most of those fields are the standard IPTC Core (or IPTC Extension) fields that LR uses. For instance the University I sometimes work for asks for these field

have you looked in an xmp file for the date? I may be missing something here but what I did - I imported few images then applied time offset +9h in my case. This did change the image information pane to show the correct time since I offset it. However - when I exported the images with copy

For this to be generally useful, it should support editing any Exif, XMP, or IPTC field, but I remember there was one user repeatedly asking for a way to edit the IPTC fields for location and such, which are required when delivering photos to many news agencies. On the questions of number of image
