I did not report it as a bug yet because I first wanted to check with

Yes ofcourse, but perhaps I'm not being clear enough.
The darkening only sometimes happens and in each case with the module ON.
So:
- i have an image that looks nice but i want to see how it looks with filmic
- i turn the module *on* and choose preset 10 EV which gives me the same

No I don't expect magic :), but I chose the preset 10EV (Indoor). Then
turning Filmic off to show what the image looks like without Filmic,
than on again to see what is was with the module activated. That made
the image darken suddenly, not at all how it looked before.
