Sorry for the delay, Ishita.
I am afraid the high res image will take time. Meanwhile you can
superimpose this image using any GIS software. The image has lat-long
markings.
This simulation was run in HEC-RAS using the ASTER DEM. After calibrating
the model, we had used actual dam discharge data
Great thank you so much Ajay! Do share the high resolution image. Is there
a way to put this on a regular map to see which properties fall under flood
threat? What all parameters does this flood analysis account for?

Ishita

Dear Ishita,
I did a primitive flood analysis for the city of Pune. I am enclosing the
image here.
I conducted this using HECRAS. I can share with you a high resolution
image, if you need (it will take time tho!).
Best,
Ajay

Thank you for all for the responses!
Hi Nikhil,
It's not sea level rise that worries me for Pune, because Sahyadri stands
in between. It is a possible breach of the dams that control the waters
flowing into Pune rivers. Panshet is 46 yeard old (rebuilt after it broke
in 1961), Mulshi is 91 years o
Hi Ishita,
Just a heads up : Pune is situated 560m above sea level. Floods if any
would be of lesser time and lower scale than what we have seen in Mumbai,
Chennai, Kerala. Also, there aren't Himalayas holding up huge lakes from
glacier melt nearby that can burst at very high pressure like in case

You can pick up the locations of Pune Schools from Open Street Map and then
use tools like http://www.mapcoordinates.net/en to find their elevation.
Next step is to create a topographic maps. There are lot of commercially
available tools for this, but simple use case may be built using QGIS by
