was installing a sources.list that pointed to squeeze rather than wheezy
and I think that prevented lvm2 from getting installed. It may have also
caused the initramfs to not get the crypto modules, but I suspect it's more
likely that using the minimal module setting caused that.

I talked with dannf@canonical and I _think_ this is a good list of
ubuntu releases to go in di-sources.list. I split them into LTS and normal
sections as I think that will make it easier to maintain. (but feel free to
reorder if you like)

think this bug should still be fixed in the netboot tarballs produced
by d-i. Once it is then di-netboot-assistant (and any other netboot
management code/wetware working around this problem) can be simplified.
I was shocked to see this bug recently celebrated it's 6th anniversary!

The Compaq Evo installation-report in #334402 seems like a successful
